2009 Tabernacles One for the Record Books

The Feast of Tabernacles was the most well-attended of any YRM has sponsored yet, and consensus was that it was also a Feast filled with many great memories. Those who obeyed the scriptural command and came to Camp Crosley in Indiana for a week of worship, spiritual rejuvenation, and in-depth study of the Word were not disappointed.

Tabernacles is a blend of many unique activities, boatloads of fellowship, and great times for both young and old as we sample a bit of what the coming Kingdom on earth may reflect.

We welcomed a number of families who had never kept the Feast with us. Two brothers from England and a pair from Canada added an international dimension to the Body of True Worshipers who came from states nationwide. We shared a special joy seeing eight brethren commit to Yahweh in baptismal waters.

Yahweh instructs us to keep the Feast of Tabernacles where He places His Name. If you failed to join us you truly missed a special gathering. Soon we may not have the freedom to gather as a Body to keep His Feasts. Realize also that the Feasts are not optional but are on par with Yahweh's commandments.

Now is the time to commit to making next year your year of dedication. Determine today to be obedient. Start saving second tithe and therefore proactively eliminate the money issue before it becomes a hindrance. Don't allow personal issues or family pulls to keep you back. Teach others by your determined example-it's one of the most compelling ways you can instruct others about the Truth. Your actions are far more compelling than what you say. The measure of dedication you show to Yahweh in your walk is the same measure by which He will reward you now and in the Kingdom to come, Rev. 22:12.
