Healthy Unleavened Bread

Ingredients-   1 ½ cup unbleached flour

                      1 ½ cup whole wheat flour

                      ½ cup olive oil

                      1 cup applesauce

                      2 tbsp honey

                      ½ tsp cinnamon

                      1 cup raisons

                      1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Grease cookie sheet. Pour bowl onto cookie sheet. Spread mixture evenly until it is about ¼ in thick. Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until light brown. Cut into squares with butter knife as soon as taken out of the oven. Cool squares and enjoy.
