We are thankful to Almighty Yahweh and pleased to report a wonderful Feast of Tabernacles just completed at Chickasaw State Park in southwest Tennessee. The camp was filled to capacity with those eager to celebrate this key Biblical observance and to learn, experience, and share the Truth of the Word. Those attending traveled from such wide-ranging locales as Puerto Rico and Michigan--and points between.

The messages were stimulating, the music was memorable, the children’s classes were a blessing, and the many activities kept everyone refreshed and ready for more each day. The weather was as picture perfect as the park lake and its deep wilderness setting.

We will soon have Feast music CDs available by special request, along with a photo review at this site. Sermon messages given at the Feast will be available on cassette tape and sent automatically to those on the tape receiving program.

If you are unfamiliar with Feast keeping, it is time to investigate the Word and then make your plans for 2005. You may not realize it, but you have an appointment. The Feast of Tabernacles is one of seven annual observances specifically mandated by Yahweh Himself in His Word (see Ex. 12 & 23 and Lev. 23). They are detailed in Leviticus 23. The misguided and misinformed may think that the world’s popular holidays are Bible-based. But there are no holidays commanded in the Scriptures other than these seven annual observances. Besides being His mandate, the Feasts carry Yahweh’s blessings.

Some think these days are just for Jews and ancient Israel. Nothing could be further from the Truth. Consider this: His Feasts were given to Yahweh’s people Israel and for all who would follow Him (Lev. 23:2), they were observed by both Yahshua and the Apostles, and they will be enforced worldwide in the coming Kingdom. The prophetic chapter of Zechariah 14 says of that coming Kingdom, "And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, Yahweh of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, Yahweh of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith Yahweh will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles. This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles" (vv. 16-19).

Seeing the monumental importance Yahweh places on these days, shouldn’t all Bible-professing people everywhere be obediently keeping these special times? Should not you and your religious neighbors be observing the Feasts, too? Of course! And when the Kingdom comes to earth, everyone will be in compliance. Those who do so today will receive far greater blessings and greater positions in the Kingdom, Matt. 16:27, Rom. 2:6, Rev. 11:18; 22:12. Remember, the bride must make herself ready by her obedience to the Word, Rev. 19:7.

Our prayer is that you will be with us next year!
